- Orders can be made by mail, E-mail or phone. (See contact information below).
- Payment - A 50% deposit will place your order on my schedule. Payment may be made by personal check or money order. When your piece is completed, I will notify you. It will be shipped when I receive payment of the balance. Payment in full at time of order will speed delivery when pieces are available in inventory.
- Shipping - Please add 15% shipping and handling. Orders are shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made.
- Delivery - Most orders can be filled in 4-6 weeks. At times, some items are available for immediate delivery.
- Please Note - When placing order, please include your name, e-mail address or phone number, item number, your choice of inner and outer mat colors, and frame. I will contact you as soon as possible to verify your order and answer any questions
